🦋 Appointments for Dental Assessments and Hygiene are paid in full at time of booking.
🦋 All other appointments will be expected to pay 50% deposit on booking and the remainder when required depending on treatments.
🦋 A 48 working hour cancellation period is in place for all appointments other than sedation which is 72 hours.
🦋 Payment is taken in full for all sedation cases at time of booking or at least 72 hours prior to sedation to confirm the Associates availability There is a 72 hours cancellation period required for sedation. Non refundable within 72 working hours of appointment.
🦋 Hydrafacial and aesthetics treatments are paid in full and have a 48 hour cancellation period. Special orders are non refundable.
🦋 Working hours are deemed to be Monday– Friday
